Originally designed for movie shoots on location where time and equipment were limited, my 3-2-1 Training Method contains my proven combination of 3 Cardio segments, 2 Circuits of Strength training and 1 Core Segment to get you in the best shape of your life whether you have 20 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour to workout daily.
