It’s easy as 3-2-1 to sign up for a private, live consultation with me to create a personalized training program and nutrition plan.

To train with me on a regular basis, all you need is an iPad or laptop computer and some light weights.

Initial Consultation fee of $100 includes an assessment of your current fitness program and an assessment of your 3-day food journal.
