While it’s great to look ripped for your “shirt off” scene it’s even better to be in top athletic condition to bike up that mountain, kayak down that river or ski that mogul. My 3-2-1 Training Method is the perfect program designed to build lean muscle tissue, train your anaerobic system to boost metabolism for weight loss and has the added benefit of core strengthening exercises to get you ripped for the beach.
The actors I work with don’t have a lot of time to train, adding in the 3-2-1 Training Method as a metabolic conditioning program twice a week gets them results quicker.
