I am often asked how my Celebrity new moms manage to lose their baby weight and how they do it so quickly. My response, 12 weeks and my 3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone, a program designed to achieve weight loss, shape and tone muscles and strengthen core to give you those flat abs again. The 3 phases progress moms safely, and the sound nutrition plan gives them the calories they need while allowing for steady weight loss of a pound or two a week.
It’s a fact, all new moms struggle to find the time and energy to fit in exercise and eating right, and that’s why I have created a program that can be done in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment. All it takes to get started is 20 minutes a day and you will be on your way to getting your pre baby body!
