My mentor has always been my mother Lucy, now in her 80’s, she is a Zumba and Senior fitness class instructor. Inspirational and motivational, she shares her love of fitness and life with all those she is around. Her laughter is infectious and it’s clear to see that this has kept her young in mind body and spirit

As someone trying to follow in her footsteps I often find that I need to remember 50 and beyond does not mean it’s time to slow down, instead is important to kick our fitness levels into high gear, by making our health a priority in our lives.
